• • 1. watch a shuttle launch live (it'd be even better if I could cover that launch) Why yes, yes I did, on both counts. My photos here, and the blog post we contributed to coverage here.

  • 3. go back to piano (learn to sight-read properly) (own a piano)
  • 4. get a tattoo larger than the one on my left wrist *grin*

  • 9. get my knees fixed (ah, surgery)

  • 23. learn Italian (and then use it in Italy)
  • 24. make a quilt
  • 25. learn some measure of elegance and grace
  • 26. take dance classes - for fun, not technique
  • 27. place top-3 in a multimedia competition (but I'll only accept a loss to UNC and MediaStorm, and even then not so much)
  • 28. take voice lessons
  • 29. raise a strawberry patch (inspired by this)
  • 30. go to an Olympic games (as a spectator or volunteer)
